Forest View Medication Management Clinic

The Forest View Medication Management Clinic is dedicated to providing outpatient psychiatric treatment in the community.  The clinic also works closely with Forest View’s Inpatient and Partial Hospital programs to provide short-term medication management for discharged patients, to assist with the transition to a community provider.

The clinic does not provide counseling services, but rather works closely with therapists in the community to coordinate treatment.

The clinic is located in the lower level of Forest View Hospital. The Medication Management Clinic’s phone hours are:  Monday – Thursday 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and Fridays 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

New clients needing a psychiatric evaluation can be referred to the clinic by their doctor’s office, therapist, or may call independently to schedule an appointment.
